Useful information

We are happy to welcome you from 5:00 pm at the latest.
As soon as your accommodation is ready, we'll let you know immediately so that you can, if possible, enjoy an early arrival and start your stay with peace of mind.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your accommodation by 11:00 a.m., so that we can prepare it carefully for future guests.

For greater freedom, arrivals and departures are carried out independently using secure key boxes.
The access code is sent to you on the day of your arrival.

We are always available to answer any questions you may have before or during your stay.

Beds are made up on arrival, and towels are provided.

You'll also have a bath mat, tea towels, salt/pepper/sugar, a few filters with coffee, tea and cleaning products.

We are happy to accept dogs, so that you can enjoy your stay without leaving your companion behind.

We simply ask that you ensure that your dog's vaccination record is up to date and that it has been treated for fleas before your arrival.

For the comfort of all our guests and to preserve the quality of our accommodation, dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or armchairs.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, any costs incurred (extra cleaning, replacement or repair) will be billed in full to the customer.
